1. TEETH
• Sensation that the jaw has no resting position

• Sensation of gum itching
• Tiredness with mastication

3. JAW JOINT (TMJ)
• TMJ pain
• TMJ noise, click, crepitation, leap
• Sensation of pressure or tension in TMJ
• Sensation of imminent mandibular dislocation
• Sensation of blocked TMJ with:
• Mouth opening difficulty
• Mouth closing difficulty
• TMJ pain while chewing
• TMJ swallowing with no infection, no trauma

4. HEAD
• Headache (specific, unspecific)
• Skull pain, generalized, in any place

• Scalp pain (spontaneous, or while coaming)
• Scalp sensibility alteration (tickling, diminished sensibility)
• Tiredness after talking for a long time

5. FACE
• Vague face pain
• Pain in any place of face or mandible
• Skin sensibility alteration (tickling, exaggerated pain, diminished sensitivity)
• Jaw opening limitation
• Jaw opening deviation
• Maxillary “sinusitis-type” pain
• A swollen face feeling
• Swollen face without infectious or traumatic cause

6. NECK
• Neck pain, in any place
• Cervical tension
• Feeling of separation between head and neck
• Difficult normal movements
• Neck pain that “climbs” to the head, face, mouth
• Neck pain associated with shoulder discomfort
• Neck pain associated with arm discomfort

7. NOSE
• Chronic Rhinitis (breathing problems)

8. EAR
• Ear Pain
