Global Postural Re-Education

PGR (Global Postural Re-Education) was created in 1980 by the French kinesiologist Philippe Souchard. It is an exclusively manual therapeutic method. It makes possible to treat all pathologies of which kinesiology is responsible for: morphologic problems, painful joint injuries, rheumatologic pathology aftermaths, post-traumatic problems, sequelae of neurologic spastic pathologies, and even respiratory illness.

As a method of interdisciplinary work in treating bruxism, GPR allows the cervical spine, the face, the cranium, and the mandible to be stabilized considering the rest of the organism in its wholeness.
